Acceptable Use Policy

What this policy covers

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses SwapSlabs and is part of the Terms of Service. It works alongside the Community Guidelines at /community-guidelines and the Prohibited & Restricted Items list at /prohibited-items. If something here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• •Misrepresent a card, a grade, an authentication, a listing, your identity, or your authority to sell or trade
• •List counterfeit, replica, altered, trimmed, or stolen cards, or cards in tampered grading slabs
• •Circumvent or underpay SwapSlabs fees, or arrange, encourage, or complete a trade off-platform to avoid the commission or the Guarantee
• •Manipulate ratings or search — fake accounts, paid or traded reviews, coordinated pile-ons, retaliatory ratings, or keyword stuffing
• •Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service, or bulk-extract listing, pricing, or realized-price data except as expressly permitted
• •Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service; break or bypass authentication or rate limits; or access accounts or data that are not yours
• •Upload malware, run a denial-of-service attack, or otherwise interfere with the platform or other members' use of it
• •Use SwapSlabs for money laundering, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, fencing stolen goods, or any other unlawful purpose
• •Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, dox, or discriminate against members or staff, or post hateful or sexually exploitative content
• •Infringe copyright, trademark, or publicity rights
• •Create a new account to evade a suspension or a limit

Content standards

Listings, photos, profiles, messages, and reviews must be accurate, lawful, and about collectible cards and real transactions. Do not include other people's personal information, external payment links, off-platform contact solicitations intended to move a deal off SwapSlabs, or spam.

Security and platform integrity

Report vulnerabilities to the contact in the Privacy Policy rather than exploiting or publicizing them. Do not use another member's account, share your own, or misrepresent your affiliation with SwapSlabs.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, SwapSlabs may warn you, remove or hide content, cancel transactions, limit features, hold or reverse payouts, charge a card on file where the Terms allow, suspend or terminate your account, and refer conduct to law enforcement. SwapSlabs aims to act proportionately and, where practical, to tell you why — but it may act immediately for fraud, safety, or legal reasons.
