- Terms of ServiceThese terms govern your use of the SwapSlabs marketplace to swap, sell, and buy collectible cards. They include a binding arbitration clause and a class-action waiver with a 30-day opt-out. By creating an account you agree to them.
- Privacy PolicyHow SwapSlabs handles your personal information when you swap, sell, and buy collectible cards. Payment card numbers are tokenized by Stripe and never reach SwapSlabs servers. SwapSlabs does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Cookie PolicySwapSlabs uses only strictly necessary cookies and first-party analytics storage. It sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. Here is the full list and how to control it.
- Acceptable Use PolicyThe rules for how you may use SwapSlabs. Breaking them can cost you your listings, your payouts, or your account.
- Community GuidelinesSwapSlabs works because collectors deal with each other honestly and respectfully. These guidelines describe the conduct expected in messages, reviews, and disputes.
- Prohibited & Restricted ItemsSwapSlabs is for authentic collectible trading cards, described honestly. Some items are never allowed; others are allowed only if you follow specific rules.
- Intellectual Property & DMCA PolicySwapSlabs removes infringing and counterfeit listings on valid notice, restores content on a valid counter-notice, and terminates repeat infringers. Here is how to file.
- The 100% Ironclad Delivery GuaranteeEvery item arrives exactly as described and as promised, or the proven at-fault member's card on file is charged to make the other member whole. Counterfeits add an authentication premium, suspension, and a law-enforcement referral.
- Fee ScheduleAn 8% commission (10% on ungraded cards, $1 minimum) is built into every displayed price. Payment processing is itemized on top at checkout. Shipping and packaging fees apply to the member who ships.
- Shipping PolicySwapSlabs owns the shipping experience: buy card-safe packaging, get a QR code, drop off at a partner store for in-store label printing. Local pickup is an alternative.
